1) How can I get help with an overdue rent payment or a utility shut-off notice?
Families with an actual eviction notice or the actual utility shut-off notice should call Lighthouse Emergency Services at 248/920/6100 to schedule an appointment. You will be told at this time what documents you should bring to the appointment. It is very important that you bring all requested documents to assure that you meet all program guidelines.

2) How can I get help with emergency food?
Families needing emergency food can come to Lighthouse between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon and 1p.m. to 3:30 p.m. each weekday. A Lighthouse representative will speak with you to determine the full extent of your problem and how Lighthouse can assist. Typically families receive a three day supply of emergency food, based on the size of their family.

3) How can I get help with Thanksgiving and Christmas?
Residents of Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Clawson, Commerce, Highland, Lake Angelus, Milford, Orchard Lake, Pontiac, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Troy, Walled Lake, Waterford (48327 & 48328), West Bloomfield, White Lake - please click here for Thanksgiving program sign up information.
